Hino Honored to Receive “Create Rebate” From AEDC.

The Arkansas Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) presented Hino Motors Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc. (Hino) with an economic incentive award under the State’s “Create Rebate” Program.

Several state and local officials attended the presentation, including: Becky Rheinhardt, AEDC Project Manager-Existing Business Resource Division; State Senator Jack Crumbly; State Representative Keith Ingram; State Representative Hudson Hallum; Marion Mayor Frank Fogleman; Katherine AufderHeide, AEDC Northeast Arkansas Regional Manager-Community Development; and Diane McAdoo, Marion Chamber of Commerce.

Shinichi Sato, Hino’s Treasurer and Senior Vice President, received the rebate check on behalf of Hino. “The State of Arkansas, Crittenden County, and the Cities of Marion and West Memphis, have been wonderful partners and friends from the moment of our first site visit in 2003,” Sato said. “We are honored to be presented with this Create Rebate check, and look forward to a long and growing presence in Marion.”
